At Satisfied Customers Inc., as a truly local business, we feel there is nothing more important than a strong commitment to our customers and the larger community as a whole. Restaurants are a vital part of every society, and we as restaurant operators, take great pride in our considerable efforts to contribute to and improve the local neighborhoods we operate in.

We believe that the restaurant industry can be a major participant in a strong community. Traditionally, societies celebrate the good things in life with food, and we at Satisfied Customer Inc. are honored to be an integral part of those family and community celebrations. From neighbors joining for a post graduation meal to the whole team stopping by to celebrate the big win, we love nothing more than being able to open up our “home” to your family and friends. On the other side of those celebrations however, we are even more so committed to being there for the community when its members are in need of support. We are inspired by the enthusiasm of the local community and constantly excited by finding new opportunities to demonstrate our commitment to giving back through fundraising, donations and special events for Westchester’s charities and social organizations.

As former athletes themselves, the owners’ favorite ways to support the community is through participation with local school and town based athletics programs. We regularly donate sponsorship ads to the local Booster club fundraisers and are proud to have started “The Team SCI Collaboration”, where we donate a portion of our sales to local teams on special days to help support their goals. Furthermore, we are excited to help support the local sports teams by hiring student athletes to work in all of our restaurants while making the commitment to work around their practice and game schedules. No child should have to miss out on the fun or life lessons of sports because they need a job to save or pay for college.

We are also dedicated to supporting the local economy and entrepreneurship, by using local vendors in all of our stores:

We are very proud to be serving Captain Lawrence Beer from the Captain Lawrence Brewing Company, located very close to two of our locations in Pleasantville, New York. Captain Lawrence has been in business for three plus years and has become very successful. Winning numerous awards both locally and nationally we couldn’t be prouder to serve these local brews! Stop into any of our locations to taste a sample!

We are also proud to serve Prospero wine from the Prospero Winery located in Pleasantville, New York. As another neighbor of ours we could not be more elated to serve these homemade wines. Prospero’s has been in business for over thirty years and has expanded into other products and lines. Stop by our Pleasantville locations to have a glass of these delightful and local wines!

During our almost 30 years as an community business, we have worked with local charities for the homeless; organized drives to donate toys to needy children during the holiday season; participated in and sponsored walk-a-thons for local disease awareness groups; donated gift certificates to countless silent auctions and charity golf outings; donated restaurant space for local charity's fundraisers; and contributed generous quantities of food to many local police and fire department fundraisers and events.
